POWER LEVEL METALLIC CARD

Hi there guys,
Does anyone know something about this card?
I've just saw it on one Kibo's videos, she said it was a Power Level Metallic special card.
I've never seen any card like this one, even on eBay or Yahoo.
Do you guys know something about it's story, where I could see more pictures of it, where I could get it, etc.

Hi Aritz , this is not metallic cards, to make them they use PVC and put color on (silver gold , ..).
We don't know exactly where they from and if it is official, i am read on some webboard it was prototype but i am not sure.
But i have a photo of the display from thoses cards if you want a look this is it :

Yeah, when I said metallic I meant "silver color" as the "gold" cards from Honda, 100, 127 & 200 hahahah
Let's see if we find some on the web, cause they are quite cool!

Sometime you can find this kind of cards on eBay but it's quite unusual... so, often expensive...
